Our Philosophy
My Philosophy of Working with Children
Excel childcare center was born several years ago when I discovered my love for children and my innate ability to understand and support children to grow and develop to their full potential. I decided to hone my innate abilities by learning from experienced educators about various evidence-based practise, theories, and practise-based evidence. Each child came to this earth well equipped for her growth and development and all they require is a trusted person, safe environment, and a stimulating indoor space for them to investigate and wonder at the mysteries before them. We will leverage on the child’s rich ideas and self developed answers and solutions to guide and support a child’s overall development socially, physically, emotionally, and intellectually and use the science of schema to further a child’s interest.
